There are a few types of wedding bouquets, and a lot of variation that can go into each one.
Besides choosing the right colors that go with your wedding theme, the type of flowers that are in season, and the shape and size of your bouquet, it's important to have one that feels like you!
Here are 8 colorful wedding bouquets for every season!
1: Iridescent-inspired Spring Wedding Bouquet

This iridescent inspired wedding bouquet turned out sooooo well. The ribbons tied around it really make the theme pop, and the softness of the colors mixed with all the different textures of the flowers made such a fun wedding bouquet. If you're not a fan of too much greenery, these bleached stems added some neutrality and volume to the bouquet without adding an extra color.

2: Tropical Orange Fall Bouquet

This gorgeous orange and peach wedding bouquet was for a fall beach elopement, and it's one of my all-time favorite bouquets I've ever shot. Not only is there a ton of texture, but such a huge and fun variety of tropical and unusual elements unlike any other bouquet. Can you spot the aloe plant, orchids, lamb's ear, rosemary, mint, and croton?

3: Soft Pink and Yellow Wedding Bouquet

I'm obsessed with enlarging photos, because you catch the little details that make something great instead of just good. I'm not a florist, so I don't know the name of them, but I LOVE the light pink wispy dangling flowers. I love flowy movement in dresses and flowers alike, and these perfect dahlias were definitely the star of the show! I also love the pops of neon green flowers in there to break up the pastels.
This bouquet actually was for a fall wedding with light pink bridesmaid dresses, but I think it also works really well for a spring wedding!

4: Rainbow Anemone and Rose Summer Wedding Bouquet

This colorful wedding bouquet is another one of my all-time favorites, probably because it pops SO freaking much, especially in an all-white wedding venue. I loved the combination of colors and different flowers...anemone and ranunculus are two of my favorite wedding bouquet flowers. Light blue bridesmaids dresses pair perfectly with this colorful bouquet.

5: Another Rainbow Wedding Bouquet

This is another great colorful, multicolor wedding bouquet for a summer wedding, again paired up with light blue bridesmaids dresses! This one has a bit more texture and variety than the previous one--options are great!!! That's what's so fun about looking at wedding bouquet inspiration--you can find what speaks to you by looking at different colors, textures, flowers, and what they're being paired with. These multicolor bouquets jive so well with my editing style, which is probably why I'm such a huge fan.

6: Pink Peony Wedding Bouquet

This pink and purple peony wedding bouquet has a classic round shape, but is so full of color and wow-factor. Peonies are probably favorite flower to keep in the kitchen for some added decor--and there are so many varieties and colors to choose from. They're the perfect addition to any spring or summer wedding bouquet, and paired up so nicely with these mix-and-match pink and purple bridesmaids dresses!

7: DIY Fall Colored Wedding Bouquet with Ferns

Beatriz chose to DIY her wedding bouquet with a mix of fall colors, including yellow and red ranunculus, some peach carnations, and baby's breath, and some bright green ferns for added shape and color. Her and her bridal party made these together the night before the wedding, which is such a fun idea and a great way to save some moolah. I love how these fall colored flowers paired with their blush bridesmaid dresses!

8: Bonus Summer Sunrise Engagement Bouquet

BONUS! Because bouquets are gorgeous, you can keep them in your home after you take pictures with them, and they add an extra fun element to engagement pictures.
I wanted to do something a little special for Hayley + Mike's engagement session, so I brought a mini bouquet along for their Chicago sunrise engagement pictures at North Avenue Beach. I loved the bright pops of orange and pink, and the small size was perfect to throw in for some extra color and added detail shots.
